cozy at the grocery store! Designed for jelly roll or 2.5” strips for a fun patchwork
look, they stitch up quickly and easily. The handle covers wrap around your
grocery cart handle and secure with snap closures. Four sizes are included to fit
a variety of hoop sizes.
