First, you'll need to login to your account by clicking "Sign In/Register" on the top pink bar. Once logged in, you will land on the Account Details page. Locate the "My Downloads" box on the left side of the page. Click it to go to the list of all of your previously downloadable purchases.
Do I need to download my purchases right away?
Yes. While your digital purchases will be temporarily available on our website, we cannot guarantee long-term access to these files. We strongly recommend downloading your purchases immediately after completing your transaction and creating a backup to protect against potential data loss.
Please note that if retrieval of past purchases is required and we are able to assist, this service incurs a fee of $59 per hour due to the time and resources involved.
